As well as designing a website for someone i've also been asked to do some promotion work (i'm doing this as it's familiy). But i need some help on finiding what i need as i've never been good with google or any search engine really.

 

I'm promoting a Bikers Rally over August Bank Holiday and need to find biker mags (not hard to find in a shop) to advertise it but also people/companies that sell bikes and accessories to setup trade stalls and this is where i'm finding it hard as i keep getting normal bikes sites not motorbikes.

 

Any advice help?

You're leaving it very late to find traders for August, many of them will already be booked up, also advertising deadlines might have gone by now - often magazines are working 2-3 months in advance.

 

I suggest searching for people that deal in 2nd hand spares and customisations, clothing etc. Also people like insurers, bike manufacturers, racing teams etc and write to every trader that advertises in the magazines.

 

Without knowing what type of bikers you want to attract it's difficult to go deeper than that!
