Ok, this is my first question, in which I am really confused about.

 

I am teaching myself html,Html5 and CSS. Now I am in the process of learning PHP.
I have been looking to download the Apache server for my Windows Vista 32bit but can not find the zip file anywhere in the site(even though it must be right in front of my eyes.) Also what version of Apache should I download to use with PHP and MySQL? As I mentioned, I am fairly new and would much appreciate any tips, but most importantly- the Apache file to download.
