I've seen lots of websites similar to each other the only difference is the colors and what i am asking why we call them our Themes? Because we changed the colors???

I am trying to find something to call myself but i barely i am able to create which is definetely unique ,i mean everything is kind of taken , there is too many websites ,and i want to create something for my own but i can't find anything actually at the moment nothing comes to my mind but till something comes i am just practising there is nothing else i can do but.

Why do people claim a similar website of an other their own because they changed the colors?

Now a days its a trend..you can't blame anyone for this..!

This reminds me of Lavoisier and his very famous quote:

 

''nothing is wasted, nothing is created, everything is transformed”

 

I am also not a creative person, I'd much rather work on the development side of things but the reality of the freelancer is that we have to double as a designer too.

 

The other pages are there to inspire you not to be copied. You might see it somewhere and then think ''Oh, that'd fit fine on a page I am designing'' and then you do something similar but the page is yours because even thou you use other designer's page for inspiration, you wrote the code, you picked the images, you decided where the content goes and this should it make it look a bit unique from the other's.

 

There are some web designers who will use a template and simply change colours, I think if someone is using a template and simply fitting the content inside the template then my personal opinion is that the website is NOT his/hers...

Nothing is original. Not music, not film, and not websites.
