I have just installed Prestashop and have a free theme to install called http://devilthemes.com/free-prestashop-themes/22-black-hawk.html

 

In the zip file are two folders one called theme with a folder within called black hawk and the other call modules. Where do I put this? Also there is a file called Config.xml. What do I do with this file?

There are lots of online guides on how to install a theme on your own. Also, there might be some installation instructions provided by the template's supplier.
