Useful details would be your budget, some information about your site (do you currently have a site? or is it a complete overhaul?), your time frame etc. Try to include as much information as possible then you will get some more replies buddy.

This has nothing to do with the question that I asked. I simply asked if there was a section to post this kind of stuff. I am posting this in the General forum so discussing what work I need done has nothing to do with this. If I find the section I need then I will post the information people need to know. But since people are interested this is what I need done.. My site is www.2007rs.net. I am going to be changing the homepage from the forum to a new paging system. So basically I was told to do the PHP method for creating pages that gives me the header.php, footer.php, nav.php, etc. I just need someone to create the pages I need (header, footer, navigation, right column. That way all I have to do is edit 1 page and everything gets updated. I want the layout to be similar to these fan sites... http://runescape.salmoneus.net/ http://www.global-rs.com/ http://www.tip.it/runescape My deadline is ASAP. And my budget we can discuss.

Tenders are made and offers accepted or negotiated, don't think many people would quote their budget straight out. Granted a description is needed, but he doesn't need to quote his budget immediately I don't think.
