It's great that you have come to the forum to look for a web designer, but I honestly doubt someone can give you a price or a time based on what you posted.

 

If this is not a joke, what you need to tell us is:

 

1. Do you have a domain name and hosting?

2. Do you need a CMS and do you have any preferences as to which one - Wordpress, Joomla, etc.

3. I am afraid "Website like this one" won't help us much. You need to define your requirements - what is your website about, what you are hoping to achieve with it, who are your visitors etc, etc. What functionality you need, we need to know all that, otherwise you won't get a realistic quote or a timeframe.

4. Do you need a logo?

5. Will you provide the content for the site - images and copy? Or do you need us to supply these?

6. Would you need advanced Search engine optimisation?

 

The more details you can give, the more accurate your quote will be.

So if you think about the above, write all the info down and post again, people would be able to help you.

1. The new site I need doesn't have a domain name and hosting yet.

2. DMS like Drupal or WordPress is preferred.

3. The Website will offer the information about the international exibitions and business opportunities mainly.

4. Use the same logo as this existing site.

5. The contents and images for the site are offered.

6. SEO is optional.

Actually, this forum is full of a lot of very capable designers and developers. Just because nobody was available to take on your job, doesn't mean that the members of this community lack skill or talent.
