Firstly, apologies if this isn't following any format. But I've got a friend who is after a logo for his business.

 

His business is personal training.

 

The name of the business is: Supreme Training.

 

His price range is between £50 - £75.

 

He is looking for something like the below picture:

 

 

With the company name underneath. However if you have a better design idea, feel free to submit.

A logo should be simple and functional. It should work in small sizes. That won't work.

 

Besides that... just asking yourself. Do you really just want a service of £75? Let's say someone has a value of 25 per hour (which is a normal rate, or even low rate). He'll have 3h to work on the logo, 3h to research, to idealize, to computer develop, to color test, size test, application test... There is no way people can do a good service in 3h! Just ask yourself (or your friend) how good you want a logo because no one will make a good one in 3h ("beautiful" ones don't mean they're good also).

I have used free logo design tools and they have done a good job for me. All you need to do is just type “free logo design tools” in google search engine and you will get many logo design tools. These tools are very easy to use even a layman can use it. In this way you will be able to do your friend’s logo work without paying money.

I am tempted, but as Sendoushi says your not gonna get something great at price.

 

Saying that, I have designed business cards from concept to completion in half an hour (would still charge for a couple of hours, from the fact it was a quick turnaround).
