Anybody had any dealings with these guys? www.ukfast.co.uk

They have approached me and offered me a new solution, so need to see if anybody here has used them.

Just had a quick look around for reviews, they seem generally positive. Only a couple of things would slighly worry me:

  • They seem to deal some some large FTSE 100 companies - will they give you the saem level of service they give to say Kellogs? MIght be worthwhile trying out their support?
  • They appraoched you - for some reason with hosting, that doesn;t sit right with me
  • I can't find any prices on their website :)

They had 'apparently' seen my rants on twitter regarding heartinternet, and actually rang me last Thursday but I asked them to call back today as I had a busy couple of days.

Yeah, they seem pretty reliable, and a worthy solution.

There is a reason why there are no prices on the website, the proposal I received, whilst very good, is way out of my budget.

Haha, kind of expected though :)

Yeah, tbh, when they rang me I had no idea who they were, or what sites they hosted.

I heard about this UKfast hosting which provide great hosting service and good customer support. It's offer good hosting packages with cheap and affordable price. It's provide unlimited bandwidth, unlimited disk space, 24x7 hours customer support etc.

UKFast have been around for a long time, they used to offer shared hosting but appear not to do that now. They've obviously changed their business model, and probably in need of a few new clients!
