then the sentance should be under the talk to me and the heading should be white.

 

but for some reason i dont know why it is spaced like that.

Using a negative top margin which positions it outside of its container (which has overflow: hidden).

 

Rule of thumb: any time you find yourself using negative margins, stop and consider all the other options. 99 times out of 100, negative margins are not the best way.
