Its good.

Nice fresh feel to it.

Some points to note would be:

1. Always opt for pngs instead of gifs. Generally speaking pngs compress much better and have better quality overall.

2. Make the logo, link back to the homepage.

3. I'm not a fan of light colors (in this case green) on light backgrounds. We recently had a massive discussion on contrast, and I would say it applies even more so here (as I expect the average user will be old, and as such their eye sight wont be as good as that of a young person?

4. The logo is very weak imo. This is probably something out of your control, but still figured its worth mentioning.

That's all I can really see, other people may have other things to say. :)

Good luck :)

Clean, simple but bare..

Green is a good color i'm using it on my portfolio, But in my opinion you cannot really have it on it's own.

What i mean is this, you have one image and thats it, you need a few more images and it will bring the banner out more.. it will make your site look alive! :)
