May 13, 200818 yr Ok, I've tried everything! And it's not working. I've tried 'honey, wake up' in a soothing tone, I've tried 'honey wake up' in a slightly less soothing tone, and I've tried 'honey wake the f**k UP!' BUT, he just keeps saying 'yeah ok' and then falling asleep again. Any suggestions??!

May 13, 200818 yr *sips on the tea* I used to be employed full time as a web developer in London but I left after a year to pursue my freelance career and apply to University again. I've kept in touch with my old colleagues and knew they were finding it hard to get new employees. Anyway, I was approached by them the other day and I offered to go back and help them out, got the go-ahead from HR today and the rest is history – starting on Thursday! I'm sure it'll stress me out and will be a shock to the system after all this "freelancing" but the pay is a lot better this time so I can't complain really. I'll be keeping the freelancing up as much as possible as well, so my brain might melt At least I don't have a Mrs who tells me the world has ended! Although… I won't be able to live on the forum during the day at work (feels weird saying "at work"!)
May 13, 200818 yr Good luck with the job Rob (ooh, a rhyme) It can take a bit of time getting back into the 'employed' way of life after working on your own for a while.
May 13, 200818 yr Offer to do the hanky-panky. That should get him out of bed, right? I'd have thought it might keep him in the bed, right?
