Apparently there's a chap pout there with a hell of a lot of time on his hands.

 

 

He's produced a site that shows the top 350,000 websites on the net by volume of traffic.

You can search by country or by website name and it shows a pretty amazing view of the internet at large.

Zoom in and out to get a real feel of the epic size of these sites

I like this. My new goal is to get a personal website on this map. I'm surprised the creator needs donations. I'm no marketing / SEO expert, but I would think he'd be able to generate some kind of income via ads
