April 23, 201214 yr Hi, My best mate is visiting soon and I would like to find a specific cider for when he comes to visit (its what we used to drink when we were pennyless. £1.70 for 3 litres!). Its called "stonehouse cider". Anyone know of where I could get it, or a decent web rescource where I could ask about it?

April 23, 201214 yr Author haha i have no idea then! Didn't know Hampshire believed in cheap Cider either! When we drank it we were in oxfordshire. I remember fondly the last few days before payday, pooling our pennys to buy a bottle lol We even dismantled a comerative "british coins collection" to afford a bottle lol Its funny what your prioritys are when you are in your 20's eh?

Truly vile, but I made habit of getting through all the "flavours" (strawberry was my fav" on a night out. A true sledgehammer drink. Fine when you are sitting down drinking, then you stand up.....

LOL back in those days (my 20's) I could be drunk out of my tiny mind on a friday night and get up saturday morning, fresh as a daisy. Theses days (pushing 40), If a sniff the barmaids apron, I'm hung over for days lol. Youth is wasted on the young....
