Hi all,

 

I think that https can be applied #1 to just a few pages eg the checkout or #2 to the entire domain (eg using the .htaccess file).

 

Any opinions please on the pros and cons of #1 and #2. Is #2 common or unusual? Also would #2 have any significant negative effect on SEO? This article seems to say no.
