Always used the qualty conttent, don't use dupliacte content. White hat techniques helps you in get easily rank. Google loves the quality content.

This does speak sense. Im sure algorithms change hundreds of times a year with the sole purpose of extracting the very best page for searchers, so why not invest in quality content ?

The new update was just announced by Matt Cutts on May 22nd, the newest version, referred by Matt Cutts as Penguin 2.0 and that is in action now. I don't know what is exactly changed yet.

ive read that google loves fresh content to improve ranking but whats classed as fresh content ? or should i word it how often should i post to FB twitter and wordpress and should i change stuff on my website ? if so how often is once a week still fresh content ?
