Can I use text such as "powered by amazon"

Featured Replies

I figured if you have an amazon affiliate site, using the astore method, then its clear your site is an amazon affilate site (you even have to have it in readable text somewhere in your website!)

So, could I have a "powered by amazon" or something similar within the graphic elements of my site?

I have searched high and low and can find no clear definite answer.

Thanks for any advice. :)

I have a few amazon affiliate sites and in my experience adding 'powered by Amazon' is a-ok by Amazon (afterall you're selling their products and increasing their exposure). As long as you use imagery as created and supplied by them it should be fine. Also found, using such imagery earns buyer confidence, as they know there's a power brand behind the payment platform and workings of your store.

Yeah I figured as much. If you are selling their products, then surely it would be fine. Thanks for the re-assurance :D
