I was wondering if there is anything similar to Unify - http://unify.unitinteractive.com/ that I could test out on my portfolio that is free, as Unify is $25 for a single installation.

Unify's proven quality. You'd go through more than $25 in the cost of your time to find, install and evaluate an alternative so why not bite the bullet and buy it?

I would love to but times are hard at the minute
