The home/contact/sitemap icons are a bit small IMHO, and not very obvious

Missing label tags on your form fields

Well, looking at the site very briefly, with my "user" head on: I went to click the menu at the top (about, services etc) and thought it would work better if the target "clickable" area was the whole rectangle including the small texts below the items, rather than just the words.
