September 28, 201114 yr As far as i'm aware actual account deletion doesn't happen because of the difficulty of orphaned posts/topics and the lack of clarity. Even spammers accounts here are still active, when we ban them we actually just restrict them from posting or logging in. I can do this for you if you want? Is there any reason why you want to delete your account? Can i help you out with anything?
September 29, 201114 yr Author Why would I want to do that you ask? Well I don't want ANY details held in the database. It's really a very simple and valid request, please delete my account. I don't want to go into details in a public forum, and I shouldn't have to explain the reason. Thank you.

We're saying that we put a great deal of time and effort into making this forum a pleasant place for everybody. We'd appreciate the courtesy of at least being notified of any problems so we can try to fix them for everybody else.
