One I currently follow is Viget Labs but I'm looking for more with regular articles on design and development and thought people could share them here

If you've got Google+ then try using the sparks feature. This is what i'm going to do from now on.

I mainly look at aggregated blog streams like dzone, ajaxian, phpdeveloper and zend developer zone. Sometimes read coding horror or dailywtf.

Smashing magazine and the smashing network are good places to start. Depending on your skill level the nettuts and tuts network might be helpful.

 

I find the best way to keep up to date is subscribe to the RSS feed through Google Reader.

 

Personally I also like Mashable and Techcrunch if you want to keep up to date with the latest tech news.

 

Also following cool people on Twitter is good link feed.
