CSS Layout problems

Featured Replies

Can someone please help, I have recently completed my website Website It works perfectly on my laptop screen (1280x800) this is how i would like it to look on other resolutions. What is the easiest way to scale my site to look the same on other resolutions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Looks fine on my normal screen :)

What resolution are you using, anything smaller that 1280x800 doesn't look right

Hello! I think you rarely see desktops and laptops with resolutions below 1280x800. Anyway, if you really want your site to display well on smaller resolutions, you may use conditional CSS which would require some scripting knowledge. I suggest you create a separate css file for smaller screens which will be called only when resolutions are below 1280x800. Anyway, a lot of sites now have mobile versions. They use scripting as well to improve how their sites render on smaller devices (Iphone, etc.). Try researching those. :-)

Dude, check your "quote me" word. The first one is not within the box

if you're using IE8, then press F12 then goto Tools/Resize
