May 15, 201115 yr How can reset Browsers Zoom levels to 100%, if the clients browser is having 125% or more. Is there any scripts that can change the settings of the browser, As my site looks perfect on 100% screens resolutions, but when zoomed in the alignments and some objects are hidden below other objects. So thinking to reset the site zoom to 100% for any visitors with any zoom levels. Thanks
May 15, 201115 yr Author think about it. You want a website to control something on a person's PC? I want my website to be viewable perfectly and similar to any screen.
May 15, 201115 yr I want my website to be viewable perfectly and similar to any screen. Don't we all! You cannot change a user's browser preferences from your site. And even if you could - Imagine how annoying it would be! For example - if I’m using my pc without my glasses on I have to have things zoomed in a little to ease the strain on my eyes. If i came across a site that changed that setting I would never visit it again.
May 15, 201115 yr well get coding. You're not going to, and rightly so, be able to change settings on a person's PC from a website.
May 15, 201115 yr Author There is a zoom porperty in CSS, cant we make use of it. We can detect the zoom level and change the zoom to be 100%, to just have the if cluase, if screen 1280x1024 zoom =100%. I am new on HTML & CSS and the whole web development.
May 16, 201115 yr have you tried Google? if you spent more time researching your own problem rather than trying to get to 25 posts on this forum you may get somewhere with what, quite frankly, is a ridiculous request.
May 16, 201115 yr Author it isnt, just coz, i am not aware of full funcations of css; thats the reason i am here. I dont need to post some ridiculous post just for the fake of it, or jsut to get the 25posts limit (which is ridiculous)
