March 20, 201115 yr Hi, this is a logo I made two or three months ago, I just thought I'd put it up to see what you think and what feedback I could get. It was my first time using Adobe Illustrator. i.imgur.c o m/z7gvT.jpg
March 20, 201115 yr The logo is quite good however when you shrink it down for websites, the "studios" will be too small and may not be visible to most eyes.
March 22, 201115 yr I'm not fond of this at all. The instrument cable is poorly rendered and won't scale well, and the font inside the cable won't be legible at small sizes. The composition is uninspiring. Maybe the instrument cable is a usable idea, but this implementation missed the mark. The main font needs a lot of kerning love, too. One nice thing is that you can instantly tell (if you know what an instrument cable looks like) what you do, but other than that it needs work. Why did you choose the font? Why the instrument cable? What are you trying to convey? Ask as many questions about the company you are representing as possible. Each decision you make, whether it be font choice, font size, colors, composition, etc. should be 100% deliberate. Nothing should be extraneous, either. I'd go back to the drawing board on this one. I'm keen to see what you come up with, so break out the sketchpad, think about what message you are trying to convey, and give it another whack!
