Let's say there is some website for which I have to build only an online paypal payment gateway. How much should I charge for this?

However, you will need to know some details from the merchant and customise the page and those scripts for them

 

I suggest you create a test page from your own PayPal account and time how long it takes

The first time may take you up to 30 minutes

You then simply copy the clients details in

 

Then ask them to process a test transaction to confirm the script works as expected

 

I would suggest your prevailing rate for 1 hours work
