December 13, 201015 yr I guess only a few % of peoples are designers/coders. At schools you mostly get kinda pushed into marketing or pc/network support instead of desigin/coding. Hell I did multiple tests and there wasn't 1 that came out as webdesigner/coder while the things I like to do come very close to webdesigning/coder. I always liked to help people, do presentation, like the difficult coding, love to solve problems. Also if I got a change with mine skills later I would lead a team of devolpers. I mostly got, Electricien or something in the construction as a test result but I never want to do that.

December 13, 201015 yr In all honesty this is a bit of a silly question, its like asking exactly how many bits of straw are in those 785 bails over there. Without counting them all then there is never going to be an answer. What with bedroom coders, freelancers, people working for companies, people studying at school, college or uni,and those just doing it for fun getting and exact figure is near impossible. You could go for an average if you were to ask 100,000 people or so and then work out an average % based on how many people say that they and how many people there is in the world. Or you could cheat and just ask 2 people and you will either get 100%, 50% or 0% of the population.

December 17, 201015 yr Author hey guys and gals, I did a bit of research and found out some startling info for all those who told 'its silly and stuff' in India, there are about 6,00,000 known designers and coders, teams, companies and in US, there are about 3,00,000 of them and others put together would be approximately double of what these both countries have... hip hip hurray
