December 2, 201015 yr My freind is a musician. He writes all his own material and records all his own songs. He recently me a pen drive riddled with viruses and film footage shoot on a digital camera (that had video mode) and he wanted "an epic music video". I managed to secure the footage in a sandbox and my computer is still clean. Now please comment on my video editing skills/his musical skills. Here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g7SdpRgPBlU Please check it out and if you like it, please share it with your freinds/facebook etc. Many Thanks!
December 2, 201015 yr Very nice video editing, good job. I am also a musician, and I wondered if your friend might be interested in my songwriter community songwriterforum.co.uk It's always good to see a new face there
December 3, 201015 yr Like the music Your video editing is not bad at all. Would say maybe try to get the lip movements in sync with the music on some parts. Also some shots look stretched But really good. Does he need a website lol hehe

Does he need a website lol hehe Thanks for your kind words Yeah the lip sync'ing is slightly out, because he didnt really put full effort into the scenes where he is singing, and compared to the studio record, it looks out of sync, I agree. His next video is already being planned for next summer and is called "Shake That Ass". Its just about to go into pre production and will be 100 times more better than Losing My Mind (which had no planning, and no real equipment). Yeah he does need a wesbite, but I got it covered haha, thanks though
December 6, 201015 yr I simply like the music and even the editing. Btw, the next thing that he needs to work on is on how he can be discovered using this vid
December 7, 201015 yr Author thanks guys! I quite agree Lena, My plan would be to have him make an album and a video for each album. Start his new website and release a new song from the album with a video, every week/month offering a free download of the song, then at the end of it (include the album for free download (or have the album as a free download with the release of every new song. Putting that into practice though would take about 6 months to complete...so i dunno really, still thinking of ways to promote the fella Thanks for all the good comments, its appreciated
