Online Image Resizer

Featured Replies

I came across this great website and I'm finding it really quick and useful:

http://www.ResizeMyPicture.com (a.k.a. ResizeMyImage.com or ResizeMyPhoto.com).

This allows you to change the dimensions of gif, jpg and png files and it does it very smoothly too.

There are shortcuts for changing width (or height) to either 200px, 400px or 600px, or you can change the dimensions to anything you want if you click on "more options".

It resizes the image online, without making you wait in a queue or eliciting your email address.

It even allows you to change the resolution % when saving jpegs.

does anyone on here actually not have a graphics program?

nice find all the same.

true.. does seem slightly pointless if someone has Photoshop sitting on their pc :)

I can see it certainly having it's uses. Sure if your on your own PC with your shiny copy of Photoshop you won't need it. However, if like me your a student and are regularly forced to spend time on awful University machines that don't even give you access to paint or notepad, and want to Blog something etc, it would be very useful!

I suggest something like Picnik.com... It's like an online free photo editor (and it can resize).

Thanks, Benjamr, for posting this. I've been searching for some handy and quick way of resizing. That is just the thing.
