Hi Folks,

first of all thanks a lot to everyone who have replied to my previous posts.

I am making a washing machine website for a customer who deals in mainly repairing and servicing of Washing machines. additionally, he would display a few products here and there and try to sell them. I was considering two options to do this:

  1. to create static product pages in wordpress for each product

Or

2 use a wp plugin like a ecommerce plugin

The reason i chose a cms like WP and not made it from scratch since i wanted the customer to add/del products later as and when required.

just wanted to know what would b the best solution for me?

thanks all.

Is it just product pages, or can customers actually buy the machines online? If they can buy them online, probably best to go for a wordpress ecommerce plugin, but if it is just to display products, you could just use a custom post type in WP3.
