It doesn't usually take long to transfer a PSD design to code any way.

That's a very throw away suggestion. It depends what type of site it is, doesn't it? and how complex.

I used dreamweaver at the start, now i code my websites. I went through a stage where i used Dw for stuff like galleries (lightboxes etc) now i do it all manually, by code, all thanks to this forum

Yeh I agree it was a very sweeping statement, it does depend greatly on what type of site and how complex the deign/structure is
