If im going to be brutally honest i don't really like the name, and the logo is designed well just not to my personal taste. Sorry if it is harsh, i don't mean to be!

@Richyyy, may I ask why you don't like the name?

@ArchDesignLabs, Dunes and camels I think go very well no? It's for my web design page.

I would agree with mrchristoph about the name, that's why i didn't like it, the fact it doesn't sound right with web design. If it is for you why don't you use something like Vibe web design, that's something you already use and you could create some really colourful stuff with that sort of name. Just a suggestion, and i hope that you don't take all this to heart, again i don't meen to sound harsh or mean towards you!

@Richyyy,

No not at all, thanks for the input.

I understand where you're coming from.

The reason I went with a name like that is because I didn't want a boring name like webdesignkent.com or something along those lines. Most web design portfolios just have the name of the designer which at first glance don't necessarily seem to be web design associated right? Look at this for example, only a portion of the examples shown have a name which includes 'media' or 'design'.

I do like the idea of going with the -vibe trend though.

(Not being defensive or anything btw, just giving a reason behind my choice.)

I'm unsure of the circle with the gradient... Can't help but feel it would look better if you got rid of the circle, repositioned/rebalanced the floral print/camel then made the camel less 'sihouette-ey' and more 'icon-ey'. Does that even make sense?! :lol:

I dont think the camel is important rather the dune becomes important. The camel is out of place and i tend to agree with others about it not saying web design.

I do not mind the name. But why just Dunefields?

And why the logo contains neither dune, nor fields (nor dunefields)?

exactly there should be like an oasis of dunes fading out in the background but maybe one dune stands out and that is your site. Meaning you stand out among all others that have tried the same thing and were lost in a field of dunes.

I think it's back to the digital drawing board, lol

Thanks for the input everyone.
