Wordpress & Flash Issues..

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have installed this plugin and added this to my page's HTML code view:

[sWF]http://news.limobroker.co.uk/map/map/locator_map.swf, 450, 530, xmlfile1=http://news.limobroker.co.uk/map/map/locator_map.xml&datafile=http://news.limobroker.co.uk/map/map/data.swf[/sWF]

But I get nothing?! The flash is there on the page when you right-click and it takes up room specified by the sizes set, But I cannot see the flash?

Can some one help me on this please?

And yes, I have started a thread on the Wordpress forum, but have no reply so far.... :p

Thanks

Perhaps, problem is in incorrectly generated path to your SWF file. It's hard to read tea leaves biggrin.gif.

I've had all sorts of problems with Flash and WordPress. I normally get issues due to a conflict with another script so it may be worth removing a script at a time to see if that helps.

Try that if not there are different ways of installing Flash, I use the AC_RunActiveContent.js. I'm no Flash expert by the way, just letting you know what worked for me.
