Immediate site goals are:

 

1. Get a reasonable amount of regular organic search traffic - build links!

2. Build up the social media side of things, and get some interaction going - I'm making some BB t-shirts to give out for fun!

3. Get more relevant content

I like it - nice and simple layout with useful content (I read the Writing a CV - spot on)
