Opera - Target CSS?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I've got a little position issue in opera only - how can i only target this browser with some css??

I have tried playing around with the css but cannot get it to work as I want.

The site is not live yet im afraid.

Thanks

I tend to design for Opera first. The page invariably works OK with the Other browsers except IE. I then code the IE fixes.

I do the same but with firefox. I will keep playing with the coding. Unless there is a simple workaround?

Scrrenshot and code:

<div id="search-box">

<form action="http://localhost/HP/" id="searchform" method="get">

<fieldset>

<input type="text" id="s" name="s" value="">

<input type="image" class="btn" value="Search" id="searchsubmit" src="<?php bloginfo('template_directory'); ?>/img/search-button-2.gif">

</fieldset>

</form>
</div>

#search-box {
	width: 330px;
	height: 65px;
	background:url("img/search-bg.png") no-repeat;
}

fieldset {
	background:url("img/search-box-bg-2.gif") no-repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
	border:medium none;
	display:inline;
	margin:18px 15px;
	overflow:hidden;
	padding:3px 0 0 55px;
	width:249px;
}

#search-box fieldset input#s, #searchform fieldset input#s {
	background:none repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
	border:medium none;
	float:left;
	padding:5px;
	width:204px;
}

#search-box fieldset input.btn, #search-box fieldset input.btn {
	border:medium none;
	float:left;
	height:33px;
	margin:-3px 0 0 3px;
	width:30px;
}

The little square mag. glass icon goes on the far right of the white-box within the search box.

Thanks

You could try floating it to the right instead?

Tried that, moves it to the right, but not quite far enough and still to low down.

Sorry, it's probably something simple! I get these days! :)
