February 15, 201016 yr Hi, I've been pondering in Web Design for sometime, but took like a two year break and see that everything has changed, no tables, xhtml, css etc... A friend of mine wanted a website for his company. So far this is what I have, all input (good & bad) would be awesome! Thanks
February 15, 201016 yr Looks pretty smart. I would suggest to reduce the font size and break up the text into managable chunks with a nice amount of padding. Also need to differentiate with a style between the list and the main text. Good job on your first site though
February 18, 201016 yr Hey, I really like the site on the whole! Few little things I would polish up though. Heading and content are almost the same style and the "a reputation built to last" shadow is a little too strong. Just my opinion! jonny
February 19, 201016 yr It's got the potential to be a real nice site but there are a few niggly things (IMO) that stop it. The two buttons are too large for my liking I don't like the drop shadow on a reputation built to last The overall spacing doesn't seem right and size of copy is too large and clunky
February 20, 201016 yr IMO the overall design has the ability to work very well with the logo, however, I am really not a fan of the general typography. I think it looks "chunky" and "filling". There is just too much text on the page.
February 22, 201016 yr I like it. I would make your call to action buttons (who we are, what we do) a different colour, but compliments the green so that they stand out, so that your inviting the user to click on those links.
February 24, 201016 yr Use verdana or something simpler as the body text. The drop shadow looks a bit poor. The logo is excellent and I like the colours and overall design of the site.
