October 9, 200916 yr Looks pretty nice, but stereotypically sexually bias colours - but no real problem. Quite a good layout.
October 9, 200916 yr Nice neat code, easy to navigate. Colour scheme is very bold, but you don't really see many black and white sweets do you! Overall nice - the only thing I would advise is a stronger brand. The logo wouldn't stick in my head and the bold colour palette doesn't allow your logo to shine through. BenTheDesigner
October 9, 200916 yr Layout and design are not bad. The logo is really weak. It needs some contrast, or use a better font and colors, bolder, etc.. Since the logo is front and center, it should really stand out. Also, not sure I like the symmetry in the header, in particular, the two cupcakes. Would look more interesting if they were 2 different icons.
October 9, 200916 yr Author Thanks for the deeback guys. I tried dimming down the background to make the rest stand out - but it just looked worse as it gave the whole site a really pale pink view and just looked a little "wishy washy". I've changed the logo a bit - nothing spectacular as my graphic skills aren't brilliant - makes it stand out a little more. Also, where the large picture of the sweets is currently - this is going to be a different pic on each section. Any other comments / ideas? Thanks!
