Im new to this forum. Ive recently started a new web design venture, one that's really gone from a hobby and doing sites for friends etc. Ive designed a logo for my company and would really appreciate some feedback on it.

the bamboo is cool, the "amboo-media.co.uk could be better

but the small text really need to be worked.

 

Overall nice lime green, bamboo bring a nice touch to it, and font should be worked.

Hi bamboo, welcome to the forum.

I think the bamboo concept is good and could maybe extend it to all of 'Bamboo-Media'. I'm not sure about the open 'B', your eyes fall off the back rather than follow the words. The co.uk looks as if its been tacked on and could really be dropped. The small print needs working on, you'll not see it if you need to shrink the logo. i.e on a business card or even a letterhead.

Suggestion - do all of Bamboo Media in bamboo and drop co.uk. Underline it and have WEB DESIGN underneath. Too many capitals shout at you and lack interest. But the concept is good and worth pursuing.

i like it although im not to sure about the proportions, its quite long.

i might consider experimenting shifting the amboo up the b and putting the media underneath and seeing how it looks.

the B is great. Maybe liven up the amboo media. Make it a little less flat.

 

How about making the .co.uk smaller and lighter so that it all but disappears?

I agree with what liquid said about making the .co.uk smaller and lighter, and i think u should also make it the same colour as the rest of the bamboo-media bit.

 

I like the overall design. The bamboo is different, tho as already stated, it might be an idea to close the back of the 'B'.

 

On the whole, nice, professional and unique. Well done.
