Hi folks,

 

My name is Dave and I currently reside in the (not so) sunny town of Bournemouth!

 

I started building websites in 1998 and stopped in 2002. The recession (lucky for me, not so lucky for others) has provided me with the perfect opportunity to get back into this business which I absolutely love! I must say there is a huge emphasis on technologies which weren't very well implemented when I first started writing code - there is just so much to learn and I can't wait!

 

I'm also working towards my BSc in Computing with the OU, it's mostly a software (Java primarily) related degree but that's a kinda side-passion that I have :)

 

Anyhoo, nice to meet you all. Look forward to feverishly scouring this site for resources!

 

Working on my new site at present - watch this space :)
