My names Mike, i'm a freelance web designer based up in the Nottinghamshire area.

 

I specialise specifically in web design, usability and both onsite and offsite SEO - im particularly a believer in the use of xhtml/css for layout and that tables are now a thing of the past (expect when dynamic data is required).

 

Im a graduate from the University of Kent (a little way from Nottinghamshire i know) and although having worked on a number of off the radar projects in the past, i've only recently started a more aggressive search for clients to sell my skills and design ability.

 

Im a member of various other forums - including digital point and the uk business forum - however think i'll probably be just as happy here in with the crowd

Tbh the course (which i finished in 2003) wasn't anyways near as targetted as i wanted - it was way too generalised; so for the last few years i've been doing a lot of reading and personal development... i think some times thats the best way... needless to say i've learnt a lot since 2003!!! I forget to mention i also own one of the top rated and ranked webmaster directories on the web

 

Listings are usually paid, however if you feel inclined, feel free to submit WDF as a regular listing to the forum section - simply ignore the payment instructions once you have submitted.

 

We get quite a bit of traffic to the forum and web design sections specifically, so it should bring you a few hits and at the very least a bit of link juice!
