Multifunction Laser Printer - Recommendations?

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

I currently have a Samsung CLP-300N which appears to have died :( along with a cheap Canon inkjet multi-function for scanning/copying.

I'm looking to replace both of these into 1 single multi-function laser. Can any recommend one? Something with cheap running costs would be nice (i.e. the consumbles do not cost more than the actual printer!). I print around 150-200 sheets per month, most stuff printed is in black & white but I'd still like a colour laser.

Thanks in advance! :)

HP C4480... What I just ordered from ebay.

I also ordered re-fillable ink cartridges making bw & colour together only £10

I don't know if you're finished with Samsung printers but I've been happy with Samsung CLX-3175FN for about a year now. Very compact and silent multifunction laser with quite cheap printing costs. Scanning, copying and printings is fast and accurate. The cartrigdes run longer than expected and there's no counter chip in them. Very good for small business entrepreneurs. There's also a cheaper model CLX-3175 if the ethernet network connector is not needed.
