Hi guys,

 

I registered an extra domain name for someone. I pointed this domain to the servers where the site is located. The problem is that google has index this domain name with the content of another site which also shares the server.

 

I have now undone the pointing and told it to forward to the actual site (url).

 

So my question is, when google indexes the sites again will this problem be rectified?

If you set up a permenant 301 redirect from site A to site B then the unwanted listings will eventually drop off.
