I have recently designed a website. The content is still a dull. But please comment on improving the graphical look and feel of the website.

What do think?

The design is ok, it has a nice calming sense to it. I think that maybe your main text colour (the grey on the light blue) might be a little light and quite a similar shade to the blue, so it could cause some problems with people who don't have great sight. Same goes for your top links, when it is the light blue background with the white text on top it is a little hard to read as there isn't that much contrast between colours. I do like the reflection at the bottom that is a nice touch.

One thing about the code though, is there a reason why you are using so much style information in the html instead of having it within one of the css files? it just seems strange to be setting all your margins, floats...ect within the html and not a css file, as it almost defeats the point of a style sheet if you aren't using it to its full advantage by having as much of the style information as possible held with in it.

I still have to take the style information within the HTML out, thanks so much for the pointer.

Thanks for the comment on the text color and the background. I will change that as well.
