June 17, 200917 yr I am now ready to start experimenting in order to offer clients ecommerce options and welcome advice on how best to set this up. Should I go with a shopping cart package? If so which one and will it intergrate in to my page design or should I just add picture in a table for example and add the buttons? Is Pay Paul the best way to go, or should I go with the clients business banking providers? Probably missed out a bunch of stuff I need to know about so would appreciated any help and advice Thanks in advance
June 17, 200917 yr People called Paul will definitely welcome your "Pay Paul" proposal Sorry, couldn't resist... For very few products, you could just build basic pages and use Paypal's buy now gadget. For any more than a few, I'd advise getting to know a third party cart. I think there's a good pinned topic in the eCommerce section of these forums.
June 18, 200917 yr I agree with Zig (dont say that often ) Paypal is only really effective for little sites with few projects, (i tend to say under 10) After that, i would recommend looking for an e-commerce setup to suit your needs. Reaper
