April 20, 200917 yr Author Another issue - https://www.bluehost.com/cgi/forgot when i type in domain name, it doesn't recognise it - which is strange as the whois lookup tells me bluehost is the server Maybe just contact them directly Bluehost by the looks of it Thanks Emma

May need to have your client do it direct as they "should" only deal with the registrant.
