I have a client who cant remember their host, but they were able to give me their password

 

Is there anywhere online that will search for the host if you provide the domain name?

Doing a WHOIS search at http://www.domaintools.com/ can sometimes reveal some clues

They appear to be hosted with www.bluehost.com/

Another issue -

when i type in domain name, it doesn't recognise it - which is strange as the whois lookup tells me bluehost is the server

 

Maybe just contact them directly

Yep best to contact them direct in that case. May need to have your client do it direct as they "should" only deal with the registrant.
