March 31, 200917 yr Hi all, I have a client who wants to be able to offer PDF downloads to his website customers. The PDF files he has though are rather large (up to 600mb) so he wants to be able to split them into more manageable chunks, say, break a 200 page document into chunks of 5 pages each. Is this possible? I was under the impression that PDFs were pretty much bullet-proof. Thanks
March 31, 200917 yr I use PDF Fill (http://www.pdfill.com/download.html). You can merge, split, rotate, convert PDFs to jpegs and vice versa. It's a very handy tool.

You can also 'optimize' the files by compressing images and so on from within Acrobat. Does the document have a lot of images in? If not I would look at how the document has been created, and 600mb is huge! S
