For example, one person might say xyz is the best because they have 24/7 phone support which isn't outsourced, only put ten customers on each server and the $50 per month fee is well worth the money. Another might say that they only need ticket support and don't mind having to wait two or three hours for a responce if it will cost them $40 less than the first person each month.
