1. select your plan,

2. you check the cart

3 you enter you details etc yea

4 THE HARD PART, the direct debit form. how is this done? is it an official thing form the banks or what?

5 you check everything etc and submit.

I also need this to form a service contact, I know customers need 7days cooling off period for distance selling but do they need to sign a service contract or can it be signed digitally?

also, tbh im not to sure how to create a sign up form.

so basically is anyone aware of any resources which can help me? i have looked through google for a few hours but i cant find anything, maybe im crap at google or searching for the wrong things?? can someone help???

If they're using a 3rd party payment processor some offer recurring payments, I know Worldpay do.

If they're using their own Merctant account and card payment facilities you need to talk to their banks tecchies for the API which you'll need to integrate into your own script.

Hi this might helpWhite paper about online direct debits

Had a quick google myself and it seems to be very complex. have you thought about a 3rd party company to handle the processing for you, Probably not cheapest option but may be far less hassle found these guys Idirect have no idea if they are any good so please be cautious, at the very least they might be able to point you in the right direction.

Also have you considered going to your own bank and having a chat with the manager?, they may be able to give you a phone number or URL that will be able to help.
