I've almost perform all SEO activities like off & on pages optimization, forums, blogs, articles submission,directories submission,links exchange and social bookmarking, press release....still traffic for my website is constant while my site contents are good and having reputated PR.... If anyone knows what would be the next step to drive the traffic to my website then kindly suggest me...

That wont do anything. Are you ranking well for your targeted keywords? Did you go after a keyword with a lot of competition and are not ranking well for it?

there are lots of reasons behind it. may be you haven't target right keyword for promotion or you are not getting high ranking on search engines. If you want to increase website traffic, the best option is achieve high ranking on search engines.
