Hi - new guy on here

 

I'm designing a site for a clinic which houses personal trainers, osteopaths, massage therapists and physiotherapists.

 

They have just asked me if I can add an online diary/booking system so their clients can book appointments online with each specific employee. They also want their clients to be able to pay online, and for the system to update 'real-time' to avoid double-bookings.

 

They were also interested in whether this system could produce invoices to the clients and also their therapists to reduce end-of-month administration.

 

I'm ideally looking for a programme where I can purchase off a company, add to the site and resell on to my client as part of 'the package' - this will of course save me tons of time. I can't find any programme out there where I can buy this 'ready-made'. It seems that I can buy a simple booking system, or an invoicing system (but not both).

 

Anyone have any links or ideas?

I've looked at both of those before and it seems that both are unable to offer fully what my client wants (ie invoicing their freelance therapists based on hours worked).

 

I perhaps should have mentioned that they are looking for 'Airline-Style' pricing as an option and also the option to add health questionnaires to each new customer registering through the booking system! They are also in need of a recurring booking button (with the same therapist). This seems to be a big sticking point for many programmers for some reason too...

 

It's pretty specific to be honest, but thought that I'd post it here and see if anyone knows of/uses such a programmer.

In that case it's going to be a custom job there are a few programmers who hang around here...
