Ok

I have built sites but never actually uploaded them to a server, I have always just built them and passed them on,

I have my host and they are using "vista panel", I have my domain name regestered, I relise I need to upload my site to the file manager, (I think) pretty much all I want to do at the moment is add a "coming soon page" which is built, but thats where im stuck scratching my head

It isn't difficult really - just need an ftp prog. The above link suggests a few and explains more.
