the link is broken ;)

EDIT: its working now :blush1:

hmm...strange seems to be working now mayb the server was down.....

I really like the illustration on the header and the colours work well (except for the green 'who am I') but there are a few things I would look at.

Center the header instead of left justifying it, it looks very strange when the window is wider than your content. I would also make the header image 1 image rather than layering numerous images as it adds unneeded complexity and code.

I think the alignment of the 'who am I' box needs to be adjusted to fit better with the first two columns.

I would also take another look at the logo, I think black isn't working on that background, a grey may be better.

Good luck with it :)

to me it looks cool, only one small criticism.. make your menu a little larger, I could be wrong, but i nearly missed it lol

( might be an idea to make your sites name more pronounced too )

i've adjusted the logo image - should hopefully stand out more now :)

The link works for me, I like the illustration of the boy, although the site seems a little dark, I would suggest using a lighter colour for your background to make the site more colourfull :D

I'm a fan of your imagery and colour scheme, I think it works well. I'm not so sure on your text layout though. I think I can see what you're trying to achieve with a non-grid approach and I'd definitely encourage this, but for me, yours seems a bit imbalanced and doesn't work with the composition. Play around with the positioning a bit more and maybe introduce a secondary tone for the text background?

i like your site, however are you going to be using this site to try and get business? if you are you might want to reconsider the sob story and the trying to hone my skills. are you trying to get people to hire you because they feel sorry for you or because they love your work? talk more about what you can do for them.

oh i just noticed, wheres your mans left arm?

I see your point andy - i'm trying to explain why I'm out of work - the sites main aim is to get me back in a job next year -i'll edit the sob story myself :)
